Hi, I'm Raj Kumarpal Dhami, and I've had quite an interesting journey in my career. For eight years, I worked as a Product Manager in a Chemicals Trading Firm until 2019. Afterward, I ventured into freelancing consultancy for the next three years. But in 2022, thanks to a valuable reference, I transitioned into the world of footwear. I began my own shoe brand called 'Be You' and set up shop in the bustling city of Mumbai. It's been quite a ride, especially in an industry as competitive as footwear. You see, there are giants like Nike, Adidas, Puma, and New Balance, and then there are smaller, unique brands serving specific markets. One significant turning point in my journey was my participation in the Walmart Vriddhi Learning Program. This program helped me expand my customer base and take my business online. It opened doors to new opportunities, and I'm excited to share my experiences and insights as I continue to navigate this dynamic and ever-evolving industry
