I started trading in 2017 and gradually started my own production in 2019. As I added categories one by one and my turnover increased from 10 lakhs to 2 Cr.
After Walmart Vriddhi, I made changes in material management and alternative sourcing for raw material to maintain the supply of raw material. In a month’s time, I got a smooth production flow. Walmart Vriddhi helped me understand the importance of a proper supply chain, own website and social media presence.
Now, my goal is to build my own showroom and website for my brand. I want to bring all the processes from supply chain to finished products
