Ever since I was a child, I’ve been intrigued by the mechanics of a business – how a simple idea could be transformed into something tangible and valuable. My journey into the business world was somewhat predestined; I was born into a family that valued entrepreneurship, and it was this environment that shaped my aspirations.

In 2008, my father, armed with a vision and determination, embarked on a journey to create Eurofill, a business specializing in manufacturing high-quality aluminum foil and butter paper. This venture was not just a business to us; it was a legacy, a tangible representation of our family’s dreams and aspirations. Based in West Delhi, we focused on ensuring the highest standards of hygiene and maintaining the necessary thickness in our products – vital for efficient food preservation.

Digital Transformation: The Leap into Online Commerce

My journey with Eurofill began after a decade-long stint in the corporate world at LT Foods. I joined the business to bring a fresh perspective and contribute to its expansion. Based in West Delhi, Eurofill became our symbol of quality and innovation in the aluminum foil industry.

We ensured our facilities were hygenic and our products met stringent quality standards, making them a household necessity.Realizing the shift in consumer behavior towards online shopping, especially after COVID-19, I spearheaded Eurofill’s digital transformation.

This transition was challenging, as I learned the intricacies of online sales, pricing strategies, and digital cataloging. However, it was a leap of faith that propelled us into a new era of business operations.

Partnership with Walmart Vriddhi: A Gateway to Growth and Learning

Our partnership with Walmart Vriddhi in 2023 marked a significant milestone in our digital journey. The program offered invaluable insights into online business strategies and advertisement techniques. I learned about various sales channels, pricing strategies, and the importance of effective promotions. This knowledge was pivotal in enhancing our online presence across platforms like Flipkart. Our association with Walmart Vriddhi resulted in a remarkable 15% growth in revenue, underscoring the program’s impact on our business.

Reflecting on Eurofill’s transformation, our journey has been one of constant learning and adaptation. From a traditional manufacturing unit, we have successfully expanded our reach nationally through eCommerce. As a woman entrepreneur, I believe resilience and continuous learning are critical to transcend traditional business boundaries.
