I'm Divya Malik, and I'm the force behind BoonHygiene, a healthcare brand based in Agra, Uttar Pradesh, dedicated to women's wellness and feminine hygiene. Our mission is to challenge the taboos surrounding menstruation and empower women to embrace their bodies with confidence. We conduct workshops on menstrual health, donate pads to girls and women, and encourage open conversations about menstruation. With every Boon product purchased, we contribute to the safety and health of adolescent girls and women by preventing UTIs, cervical cancer, and yeast infections. Our approach also involves reinventing sanitary pad packaging to promote discussion and remove the stigma associated with periods. Through my personal experiences and outreach programs, I've witnessed the challenges women face during menstruation. Thanks to the insights gained from the Walmart Vriddhi learning program, we have been able to enhance our business and reach more customers, helping us make a positive impact in this important area of women's health.
